The Lewes Pound is very pleased to announce a new issuing point serving supporters at the bottom of town. Poppy’s, the chocolate and confectionery shop in the Riverside shopping centre, is the latest business to sign up as an issuing point. We know that already children getting pocket money in LPs are buying their sweets from Poppy’s and that lovers are buying their special Belgian chocolates there. Now you can also exchange your sterling for LPs at Poppy’s or vice-versa. It is good that the Riverside, a vibrant hub of local independent businesses now has its very own issuing point.
