A wood fired, local, non-chain pizza restaurant in Lewes…

The Hearth (wood fired) Bakehouse and Pizzeria has now opened in Lewes. Michael the Baker has taken over the 1950s bus station cafe and transformed it into a contemporary/retro style eatery. He describes it as a ‘communal cafe’ and hopes that guests will feel like friends sat around the fire, eating, drinking, laughing and conversing.
