Chris Rowland (Director & Project Co-ordinator, Ovesco) has just got back from talking at the 2012 Transition Conference (in London) about Ovesco and setting up a Community Energy Project. Transition Town groups from all over the country attended and two groups asked if Ovesco could help them with projects in the South East. Chris said:

‘The conference was a great boost for me personally. There are moments when you think you are working in isolation, but that’s not true and I met people for all over the world all making their own transition to a more sustainable future. I also had a chance to attend some very interesting workshops on REconomy, the Localism Bill and imagine a thriving high street for the future.’
