Most emissions are from wealthy frequent flyers: taxes could go up steeply after the first flight and most people could still enjoy their once in a lifetime trip.
Huge changes are likely in our lives as the world heats. We must take action on different levels to make those changes smoother. We can demonstrate and protest, make our votes meaningful and then hold the politicians to account; we can prepare by for example investing in renewable power, and we can take individual action.
