TTL wrote to councillors and candidates asking what actions they will take on climate change. We got a supportive response, and discovered that Lewes District Council has passed a resolution to reduce carbon emissions from the council’s activities as rapidly as possible. However, there has been no publicity. See the minutes here, page 11. A committee is actively working on the issue.
